AdSense ads showing above blog when JetPack is installed

  I have the plugin AdSense extreme installed on my blog and when I installed JetPack, it moved the ads to the top above my header for all pages showing multiple posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please make sure that you’ve disabled all browser extensions/add-ons.

  Also try to disable all other plugins and reactivate Jetpack. This way we can see if other plugins interfere with Jetpack.

  I’m having this same problem with another site I just started and doesn’t get much in the way of traffic yet, so I followed your recommendations there. At captiondpix.com

  I opened the page in Chrome in Incognito mode to make sure there are no extensions interfering. I deactivated all of my plugins save JetPack and AdSense Extreme. Then I deactivated JetPack. Upon deactivating JetPack, my ads moved back to their original positions. When I reactivated JetPack, they moved back to the top. (Looking at the page source, the ad tags are being placed in the header

  Looking at the code it seems Adsense code is injected into your site. Did you perhaps enable an affiliate program through Hostgator?

  If you aren’t running the Adsense Extreme plugin, contact Hostgator to see where this code comes from.

  Sorry if I wasn’t clear in the last post. AdSense Extreme is active on the site. What I did was:

  1. I first deactivated the other three plugins I have installed.
  2. Then I deactivated JetPack so that only AdSense Extreme was running. Ads were in their correct placement then.
  3. I reactivated JetPack. Now JetPack and AdSense Extreme are running. The ads are now back at the top with the code in the header.

  That is very odd. Do you see the same issue if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Eleven theme?

  Hm, ok. So we can attempt to reproduce the issue, please tell us which version of WordPress, Jetpack, and AdSense Extreme you’re running.

  That would be helpful, wouldn’t it. I have the current versions of everything installed, direct from the WordPress repository.
  Wordpress: 3.4.2
  Twenty Eleven: 1.4
  AdSense Extreme: 1.1.0
  JetPack: 2.0.2
