Advanced Card Processing by paypal problem

  Im having problems with the paypal card processing on my website. When a customer goes to checkout it only shows paypal as an option. i have to go into my wordpress then disable then enable advanced card processing for it to then show in checkout. After the customer pays it then disappears again. All plugins are updated. How can i fix this? Many thanks
