Advanced charges for domain renewal?

  Why have I been charged for my domain renewal already? The website says I will be charged on 27 March, but in fact I was charged on 6 March. If I turn off the auto renew function it claims the domain will expire in April, but seeing as I have already paid for the domain for this year I don’t want it to expire in April. Please explain what is going on.

  Which domain name are you referring to?

  puesoccurrences.com is the only domain on your account. It is set to expire April 27 and will auto-renew on March 27, as we renew a month early on domains set to auto-renew, so a failed transaction won’t result in the loss of the domain if we waited until the actual expiration date.

  I don’t see any charges on your account for March 6. What was the amount?

  The amount was 19.50 euro. But it now appears that this may be for a different blog (hstmireland.com) that I had thought was deleted. The blog is not deleted, but it is linked to an email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) that is deleted. I have of course forgotten the password and since the email address doesn’t exist, I cannot reset the password. Therefore I cannot delete the blog. Can you please tell me what to do?
