  I signed up to be compensated from advertisements you have allowed to advertise on my blog. I have yet to receive an email from google. I signed up in September.

  I’m not sure that I understand. Did you sign up for something with Google, or through WordPress.com’s WordAds program?

  Looking at your stats, I suspect that you do not have the traffic yet to become involved with the WordAds program.

  Continue working to create quality original content and promote your site then reapply when your traffic is higher.
