  Recently adverts have started appearing on our site which we haven’t authorised. They are totally unsuitable for our readers. How can we get rid of them?

  The only way to remove the adverts from a free WordPress.com site is by upgrading to a paid plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/
