Hi. I am looking to find a chat system/bot that qualifies my website users by asking them for a product order number (woocommerce) to verify who they are before ceating a support ticket…
so the bot would ask: ‘Hi, Please provide your name, email address and order number….’ which would be inputted by the user and the bot can then locate their account/order before creating a ticket?? Does this bot/chat/plugin/system exist??

For your question, while there are plugins that add chatbots to WordPress sites, you may want to search for a plugin that can look up/work with WooCommerce. I’m personally not familiar with any that can look up using the WooCommerce order ID. You may want to post on the WooCommerce forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
