  Of what program are you speaking? chancestolive.com is built using the open source WordPress.org software, and is not hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  We have a referral program for WordPress.com products at refer.wordpress.com, but that program is intended for freelance developers and other WordPress professionals who refer clients to us.
