Affiliate links

  When I insert links into my blog my client tells me he sees them as affiliate links and this may be related to a plug in. I have a fairly basic WordPress.com site so to my knowledge I don’t have any plug ins. Can someone give me an idiots guide on how to check and amend this so it’s just the clients URL that is the landing page?

  Hi @glasgowdragonfly, can you give us an example of an affected post? I’m not seeing anything that looks suspect on the site you mentioned here.

  Please note, your client may also have a browser plugin that turns everything into an affiliate link.

  Hello! Thanks so much for replying – this is the post that supposedly has the issues with affiliate links. As far as I knew I just grabbed the links provided by the client and directly pasted them in the post, but he says not so.   Is that what you see too?

  If so can you have your client try another computer or phone?
