After 3 years my website has completely disappeared with the update

    Hi there!

    GoDaddy recently emailed me saying wordpress has been updated. My website has now disappeared. How do I get it back?

    Hi there!

    It doesn’t look like the site with the domain briannavail.com was ever hosted by us at WordPress.com. The domain seems to have GoDaddy nameservers which means you probably had the site with GoDaddy and used the WordPress.org software on their platform.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    We aren’t able to help much because the site was not hosted by us.
