After an auto-renewal, I canceled my domain mapping. Is refund coming?
-
Not sure whether I need to put in an extra request for a refund. I was charged for a renewal of domain mapping for a blog I don’t use. After I canceled the upgrade in My Upgrades, I read something about a refund, but can’t find any info to confirm whether I will be refunded or not.

I’m sorry, we can’t refund your domain mapping renewal as it’s been renewed longer than a month ago.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

I actually canceled the domain mapping the day after I was informed of its renewal. Once canceled, the automated WordPress response said, “Your refund will be sent to you in 5 business days,” or something like that. So I am only now following up because I haven’t seen any refund come through.
If there is no refund coming, why does the automated response promise one?
Thanks for the replies.

My apologies, it seems something went wrong with the refund. Your domain mapping upgrades have now been refunded.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
