after i changed my web address….

  After I changed my web address, when I go to click on “my sites” and my blog will show up there but when I click on it, it directs me to my old link and says nothing is here. How do I change it so I can click on it and go to my site and not the old web address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  the old link is Siverandgoldindustries.wordpress.com and the new link is Toothless252.wordpress.com. but it still says the old one.
