After Login, No Dashboard

After I log in, my dashboard does not display. It goes directly to the website but now, my website does not have its layout theme. The content on the pages are displayed but the format is only a list of the webpage’s top-level links.

Sorry but we provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs, and we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to, so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

The url is ‘http://www.LightenUpEastTexas.com’. It is for a weight loss contest in northeast Texas that will begin in January. Our promotional materials will be released early next week, and they all have the webpage address included.
My login page is ‘lightenupeasttexas.com/wp-login.php’. Even after I enter my info, the next page is not the dashboard! It just shows the page like it is an ftp list of links. All of the texts and pictures of all of the pages are still showing, but the logo images are not showing and the layout of the pages are skewed.
