After Renewing, Website reverted to a much older version; recent pages lost

  My domain expired a few days ago. i just caught it and renewed it. After renewing, the site reverted to a MUCH older version and all work from the past three years seems to have been deleted. Can you please help restore the site to what it was just before the domain expired at the end of May? Thank you!

  Hi Lawrence,

  It sounds like your domain switched back to pointing to WordPress.com after it was renewed (that can happen if the domain is renewed after it expires, since those are the default name servers for domains registered here). However, the domain is now pointed to Bluehost and it looks like it’s showing your current site.

  It may take up to 72 hours for that change to take effect across the internet, but the domain is correctly set up to point to your Bluehost site now. If that doesn’t seem right to you, or if you have any questions about it, please let me know.
