after updating theme wordpress pages are gone

  Ahh sorry to hear it, @sodamona! Can you ask your host to help you restore a backup? You might also try changing themes then contacting the theme’s support. If needed, you can even manually remove a theme by renaming its folder. Again, your host can likely help you make backups and provide some help.
