After updating WordPress 5.2 , any theme installation showing UPDATE FAILED !

I design my WordPress websites from local server XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.2. After updating WordPress 5.1.1 to 5.2,i am not able to install wordpress themes.Its showing UPDATE FAILED.I have tried themes – Hestia,Mesmerize,OceanWP and many more.Kindly fix issue with theme installation in wordpress 5.2
