  Hey there! I have deleted my wordpress website and am still paying akismet. Will deleting my account here stop those payments to akismet?

  It’s the opposite, you’ll need to disable the Akismet subscription to be able to close the WordPress.com account that manages it. Visit https://akismet.com/account/ to manage that subscription.
