  I’m trying to update the above website.

  I need assistance with Essential Grid issue in BackEnd in the Staff section (About). Not all source posts for all staff are showing and I need to edit meta data. Can you please help.

  What is the site address in question? It sounds like you might be using the open source, WordPress software, rather than us at WordPress.com. We can confirm once we know the site.
