AliDropship Plugin not showing up

Hello there, I’ve been purchasing, dowloading and installing the AliDropship Plugin onto my WP page, but once activated I can’t see it in the menu bar on the left side… could you please help out with that?
Furthermore I constantly see that message about ‘Error! ionCube Loader Not found. Please check instructions .’ which I can’t find how to resolve…Thank you very much for your support.
