  Dear Sirs,
  I need to know exactly where I stand with WordPress. I made several forays at purchasing and now have only the information from Chris.Rant’s site. I have two email addresses (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). My name is Christopher Bohl. What I need know is the status of all accounts I engaged with your service. Armed with this information, I will be able to go forward in an intelligent manner. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes but I am uncertain and this does not bode well for my writing’s future. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Chris Bohl

  There is no way we can tell you that, as we don’t know. The only things we ask for when you create an account is a username and email address which are used as unique identifiers for the account. If you have multiple accounts, each account would have its own unique username and email address, and we have no other information beyond that which would allow us to know that those accounts belong to the same individual.

  I can only provide you information about and help with the specific account you’re using to post here, in this case the username, dicom51. You can see the email address associated with this account at https://wordpress.com/me/account/, you can see any upgrades this account currently owns at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ (none at the moment), and you can see the billing history for all past purchases on this account at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  To see the information associated with any other account, or to request that information from staff, you’d need to be logged into that other account first.
