All I want is the free website!

There is no free option. When I click ‘launch’, all I see are the paid options. So frustrating.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And when I click launch, they want money. I just want the free one, .wordpress.com

They lure you in with,
“Free
Best for Getting Started
$0
for life
Start with Free”
..and then free is nowhere to be found when you try to launch

I found it thanks to another poster but they make it way more difficult than it needs to be. I think they hope most people will just get frustrated and pay.
