All my purchases are not accessible now! Please help

All my purchases are not accessible now. it shows “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases” under my purchases for both the wordpress Annual subscription and the website leaf-sky.com .
When I try to get help via online chat after log in, it says the website leaf-sky.com is is linked to another WordPress.com account. But I can still say my purchases which are showing “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases”.
BTW, I only have one wordpress account which is always used by me and I have never use other accounts before.
Can anyone help?

As you have a paid plan, you can use the transaction ID to recover access to the account owning that site. You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

I have tried. The page hanging there without change when I click the recovery button after I fill in all information in their form on that page
