All of my information and content has disappeared?

  I just logged into my account to find all of my profile information and blog content has disappeared. Could this be a temporary glitch or has something seriously gone wrong with my site? When i put my blog URL in it still directs to my site and the content is still uploaded there. But there is nothing on my actual dashboard and now I can’t update. Help!?
