All pages are blank and I can't update

    I can’t see any of our pages in WordPress anymore. The site is active online, but I can’t edit any information.
    We also received an ‘invoice’ notice that our payment is due, but we still have a month before it is due.
    I’m not sure why I can’t see the pages to edit content.
    I had loaded an ad-blocker a couple of months ago….would this effect this program platform?

    Hi there!

    We also received an ‘invoice’ notice that our payment is due, but we still have a month before it is due.

    All subscriptions on WordPress.com will auto-renew one month before the expiration date. We do that, so there’s plenty of time to solve any possible issues with the payment. We wouldn’t want your site to go down because the card we have on file expired.

    I’m not sure why I can’t see the pages to edit content.

    It sounds like a browser issue because I can access any pages without problems when I log in to your account.
    Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies first, and see if that helps. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

    If that doesn’t help, try deactivating the ad-blocker on the page you’re working on and see if that changes anything.
