All posts are missing

    Hello,

    I found all of my contents(page, post, plugin) are missing after the business plan expired. I didn’t manage my site since Apr 2020, and trying to continue my site with business plan. But I found there are no contents anymore. Will all of my contents back if I renew the plan now?

    Hi there,

    According to our records the Business Plan on your site was last renewed on 3/13/2019 as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    I do not however see that the Business Plan was renewed on the same date in 2020 so as a result the plan expired and was removed from your account due to lack of payment. As a courtesy we do keep your site data for 90 days after the upgrade expires, but because so much time has passed we no longer have your site data on our servers.

    You are welcome to upgrade to the Business plan again and start over with your site, but we do not have data from the site as it was prior to expiration. Let us know if you need further assistance or if you have any questions.
