  Hi there,

  I am struggling to add the all rights reserved section on my blogs (instead of the WordPress footer credit available under site identity).
  I wonder if this is a feature only available to paying customers?

  Hello there,

  You are guessing right. There is little you can do on the footer credit unless you are on the business or eCommerce plan. You can read more about this on this guide:https://wordpress.com/support/footer-credits/
