All round problems

Hello! I seam to be having all sorts of problems with my wordpress site. 1. I seam to have a problem with comments, and I want to delete them all!! 2. My site backhouse seams to have a bug so i can´t do anything with it. all the text is overlapped and seams to be in HTML style not the usual wordpress backhoues… 3. my site sometimes doesn´t work… thanks Claudia
