All the categories are showing their posts, except one
-
Goodmorning everyone, I’m working on a site for a client and I have this specific problem: as the topic title says, this blog page shows all the categories and posts, but there is one specific category (Supply Chain Newsroom) which is only showing “No Data was found”.
I have already tried a lot of different things, disable and re enabling all plugins, update themes and plugin, searched literally in every site and wordpress topics, adding a lot of posts in the same category, ecc, but the only thing which seems to works is one: if you add one other categories to a post in the category “Supply Chain Newsroom”, as a magic tricks, the post shows correctly.
The site is: https://www.workinvoice.it/blog/ , and actually there are 37 plugins installed, I can’t post or tell any other info, but I’ll read down all the primary plugins:
Elementor (pro, anywhere elementor)
Crocoblock (jetblocks for elementor, jetblog for elementor, jetelements for elementor, jetengine, jetmenu, jettricks, jetsmartfilters)
Yoast Seo
I’m trying from 3 days to solve this problem, but I can’t find a similar case like this on the entire internet.
Thanks in advance. -
edit:
I have also tried to create a new category, but all the new categories have all the same problems of this category (Supply Chain Newsroom) -
edit 2:
you can read the post in the category Supply Chain Newsroom only with the full url: https://www.workinvoice.it/supply-chain-finance-cresce-in-italia-come-strumento-anti-inflazione/ -
Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
