Allow viewers comments on static page

  Is it possible to add the ability for viewers to comment on a static page? An old wordpress site I’m transferring allowed this possibility, and I cannot figure out how to allow it on the new site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can enable comments on a page. It’s not just for posts. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-and-disable-comments-for-published-posts-and-pages/
