I have tried to set my blog to be accessible to all but all the attempts i have made to give access to people who want to read my work seem to have failed. what am i doing wrong?

Can you be more specific about what you mean by “give access to people who want to read my work”? How are you trying to give them access? What are you doing?

hello there back
I have a friend in israel who i tried to send a link to so he could read what I had written. he stated he had to join the site to read the blog. I then tried to send another link and the same response came back. so, The question I need to ask is what is the specific link I need to post to friends who are interested in my writing?
i have tried twice to pass links over to friends and the last one listed in my original message just stated no access as the person asking and wanting to look, in singapore, was unable to access it without yet again joining the site. I set my blog to public, so anyone could read if they so wish to. I even tried linking it to facebook but alas that seemed to fail also.
I have failed to find any guidance in your help files. Thos is also my first time using a blog so I may be doing a lot wrong

@theramblingsofadeludedmind Well the irony is that I am accessing your site from the same place you mentioned first. I also accessed it from a private browsing window, which behaves like a non-logged in user, with no issues. I was not directed to log in to read it.
Is there a specific post you linked to? How are they accessing your site, via mobile device or PC/Mac?

all I know is they were trying to access via a link I sent them thinking it was the right link. I did manage to send a different one after but that gave the same result. I am not sure what the issues are but thanks for the information from themagicrobot.
All i was trying to do was give a link to the account so they could read all they wanted to. hopefully the link above sorts out the issues. if not I may have to question just what they are trying to do
