Allowing users to upload photos to their own specific page

I have created a WordPress website on behalf of our photographic club. I have created separate pages for each member and would like to invite each member to contribute their own photos to their own specific page. We would like each member to be able to add new photos and remove old photos from their own page when ever they wish. I have trialled the site and added one test member as an ‘Author’. This member can add photos BUT they do not go to his specific page but are instead added as a general post. Can I do what I outlined above i.e. allow members their own pages within the one club site? and if so how can I specify which member had which page. Many thanks.

Hi! Our permissions levels aren’t really based on a per-page setting, sorry about that!
One thing you could do though, if you wanted to, is let each person add blog posts when they want to add new images. Then, link to their author page in the menu. I’d also recommend switching themes for a case like this, for now.
The result would look somewhat like this:

Many thanks supernovia. I have switched themes as you suggested and am happy with that – thanks. However how would I link a person’s blog post to their author page as per your suggestion? Thanks again

You can either just add a link to their author archive page in the menu – the author archive page is created automatically the moment someone publishes their first post, and will automatically update with each new post, showing the most recent at the top.

Or if you want a page that shows a bio for each author in addition to their posts, you can create a regular page, add the bio at the top, and then add the Blog Posts block to the page, configured to only display posts by that particular author:
