  Greetings,
  I’ve recently registered a site under the almigor.com domain but I decided to move on and try something else.
  Now, I’ve tried registering almigor.com somewhere else and it says that it is parker under Automattic. Since I requested to remove from your domain, hopefully you can help me out by freeing it and letting me use it in another purpose. Thank you. I’ll be awaiting for your response.

  Hi there,

  I’ve tried registering almigor.com somewhere else and it says that it is parker under Automattic.

  You cancelled the domain but it has not yet been released back into the pool of available domains — which is why you are seeing this message.

  Do you want to use the domain elsewhere? I can try to restore it to your account, but as you have already been refunded, I would need to send a payment request for the domain costs ($18). If the domain moves into the redemption period there will be an additional $80 redemption fee.

  If I can restore the domain, you can then transfer it to another registrar.

  When will the domain be released back, if you can tell me the time frame for its release without paying extra fees, if you’re able to do that? Thanks. I’d appreciate it greatly.

  It varies so I’m unable to give you an exact timeframe I’m afraid.

  If we are quick I can restore the domain for $18. Please let me know if you would like me to do this for you.
