already have a wordpress site, how do I access it?

  I have a word press site, grandviewwindowsinc.com
  Probelm is I had linknow media build the site, ended up cancelling their services after several years. Then my step brother was making changes to the site. He quit and abrubtly cancelled services, said I need new hosting bla bla….

  So now I have a company hosting it, however I can’t access the site to make changes or add pages and they can’t figure out how to do it. They simply uploaded the existing files to their server…

  So to make a long story short!
  I want to access my site and I want to be able to add pages, pictures, videos ect…
  Please tell me what I do to do this???
  I love the site and get lots of compliments, so I want to stay with wordpress preferably but without being able to access the site, I’ll have to start all over.
  Please help me?

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
