Already have my own domain

  I already have my own domain. I purchased the domain through GoDaddy and am using Wix to edit it. I was looking at transferring it over to WordPress to edit but every time I type in my web address and then go to upgrade, it circles me back around to picking a theme and typing in the web address again followed by the upgrade option. It just circles like this constantly, what am I doing wrong?

  Hi there,

  There’s a bug at the moment with the new site flow.

  Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies then start the process again? This time, on Step 3, only select a free *.wordpress.com address, and proceed to add the plan.

  After the site is created, go to My Site ->Domains and add the domain mapping from there.

  Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)

  Let me know if you need any more help with this.
