Already paid but it’s saying to choose what plan?

  Hi I’ve already paid 44.32 for a plan (I can’t remember which one though?) but now that I want to launch my site it’s saying to pick a plan? Can you look at my acct and see if i’ve paid already?

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
