  Wordpress.com is in no way related to exabytes. Whatever you bought from them, has nothing to do with your site running on the wordpress.com platform.

  Your host (Exabyets) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer on our managed WordPress service. To clarify, you can have a WordPress site with Exabytes, or you can have a site with us here at WordPress.com. However you do not need us both and we are not connected to one another as companies.

  If you wish to add plugins to your site on Exabytes, you can do this by logging in to your site there, and clicking the “plugins” tab in your wp-admin dashboard.

  If you are not sure how to access your site you can contact Exabytes support for assistance. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
