At least i have an logic question and hope that you could help me. I can open my long running http://www.persijs.wordpress.com. However, it is not possible to do any job on. I can’t open dashboard to adit, ad and start working as I am journalist. Following to instructions from WP it doesn’t give me clearness what exactly I have to do. I am afraid to be wrong and loose my web link. I truly hope to your helpful hand. Persijs

Also note you are still logged in as persygrabiel as your site https://persijs.wordpress.com/ is connected to your other account persijs – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/persys/. You can only edit that site when you are logged in to the account owning that site.

As I explained previously, all that has happened is you have TWO accounts here at WordPress.com. You need to log out of this one and log back in to the other using the correct credentials to reach your site. Log out of this persygabriel account and log back in to the account named persijs.

yes. but it doesn’t help to find out a problem. i am desperate situation. wont to change password…. check your email. No any signs of wp. Wp even doesn’t accept my email , user name and password. what a hell is that? can SOMONE HELP ME?

Everybody is helping you but you just ignore our answers. As long you are logged in to the wrong account, your problem won’t be solved.

I thank you but am sorry it doesn’t work if i follow your instructions. Even if ī want to change password or username wp asks me email and than suggest me check your one , – where never ever i got answer from wp.
Any combinations with userword(s), pasword(s), email addresses i can’t get to my webs link dashboard.
What is that; persygabriel , i have no idea where it’s coming from.
So it a scenario.
Once happened the same problems, then your wp staff connected me via live chat and we together within minutes prevented mistake.
Maybe it is possible do the some without AI service.
I hope that this will be last letter and help avoid mistakes.

There is nothing mysterious about persygabriel. You created the account persygabriel yourself on Jul 1, 2022
- completely log out from current persygabriel – https://wordpress.com/support/log-in-to-wordpress-com/#log-out-of-wordpress-com
- log in again as persijs the account owning that site. It’s important you log in using the username persijs, not your email address.
That’s all! But just do as I say!

sorry. it doesn’t work neither with one or other account. I try in different combinations. when i want to change password or username, i provide my email address. N no any answer from wp. To my questions no one reacts, except AI as a nonsense. it’s going out of frames. is there someone wp who could help me?

Everything is trying to help but you simply ignore our solution. You mustn’t change the username, you must completely log out from current persygabriel !!!

i try everything. clean browser and cache. log in/out many times, use both passwords and usernames. to change a new password, no any mail from wp to accept new password. Is wp powerless to solve this problem which lasts six month?

Well. first i want to get access to my http://www.persijs.wordpress.com which give me quarantine that site works. Only then switch to persijs.org.

For the last six monts everyone is telling you what’s wrong and how to solve your simple problem and everytime you just ignore our instructions. Now you start talking about persijs.org while no one ever said a word about the custom domain persijs.org.
I give it a last try and hopefully you slowly read what I tell you to do and hopefully you follow my 4 very simple instructions.
