Already upgraded to Pro (author theme) but features still not available

  I just upgraded to the Pro version of the Author theme for WordPress, however when attempting to customize, the options are not available and it’s asking me to upgrade… which I’ve already done (I have the receipt to prove it). I have logged out, closed all browsers and logged back in and am encountering the same things.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  We can’t help with third party themes. You must contact their support to solve this problem.
