Alt Tag not being recognised

    I am using the media library WordPress has to input images into my pages but when I put in the Alt text of the image, it is not being picked up! I have contacted yoast and elementor and they have both said it is the media library issue of WordPress. It is super annoying. Any advice? My SEO is getting affected by it.
