Always "Processing…" in 3 days

  I have many times to try import from Multiply to WordPress.
  But, why more than 3 days, I still in condition:

  Processing…

  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  I do see 118 posts in your blog, did the import finish?
