Am unable to access ‘Text’ tab, only ‘Visual’

  Hi. I am attempting to update my website. I know HTML, so I went to adjust a blank line. For some reason, I cannot access the ‘Text’ tab, only the ‘Visual.’ Because I cannot get to the code, I cannot edit the page. I have no idea why. Can someone advise?

  I tap on the “Text” tab and nothing happens.
