Amending site URL

  Hey. I was trying to change my site’s URL to a shorter, more readable one but I lost my site altogether. It keeps redirecting me to Godaddy.
  Please help.

  Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted in GoDaddy; we are not able to help with those.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
