  Hi there,

  Please do not post sensitive information like transaction IDs in the public support forums where anyone with an internet connection can see it.

  The reference numbers you posted do not match the format of any payment processor we use on WordPress.com, and the account you’re using to post here was only created yesterday, and neither owns any sites with us, nor have you ever bought any upgrades for us. Are you very sure this is for a WordPress.com charge?

  If you bought something from WordPress.com you would have 1) had to create a WordPress.com site first, and 2) the statement descriptor on your credit card statement would very clearly indicate the charge is for “WORDPRESS”, followed by a code containing letters and numbers, and no special characters/punctuation.

  It would also belong to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
