Amount refund

    Sir,
    I didn’t get my refunded amount $86. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. It’s too late. In condition, it is mentioned that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but here 3 weeks have gone.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm your refund was issued on 10-Feb-2017. However, international refunds (outside of the US) can sometimes take a longer for banks to process.

    Our system shows the refund has been issued so I’d recommend contacting your bank to see if they are still processing it. You can give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt in your Billing History:
