An easier method to post articles?

    I’m working at local radio station in my town. I’m in charge of their website. Apart from maintenance i get to upload each show’s articles. So for each show i get a word document with a lot of articles. I end up uploading 20-40 articles per day and it eats a lor of my time, to copy the title,content, publishing, add new and everytime again.
    Is there an easier method of doing this, like a plugin to import from word into different posts from a title to a title?
    For example the word cointain this text “Title1 text1 title2 text 2 …” so that will make it publish 2 post one with Title 1 and content and other the same but with Title 2 and content. And if it possible can i choise first in each category all the post from a word doccument would go?

    There is no way to do what you are asking on WordPress.com. It is possible that there is a plugin for a self-hosted WordPress.org site that would do such a thing. But you would need to look into it to make sure.
