An error is not letting me add new pixel

    Hello, I own a website with the domain name elitetechpk.com. I was running ads on facebook and had a pixel connected and everything setup smoothly, now facebook restricted my account for some unknown reason, and then I disconnected all the pixel and pages from the website as well. I then tried setting up a new pixel but there is an error saying :
    Admin permission required
    You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘Elitetech.pk’ to gain access.

    Now this cannot be done because the ad account is restricted and no other individual can be added. Can the support team please override my website and remove the history of my Facebook page and pixel from the website so that a new pixel can be connected to the website with my new profile.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
