  Hello,
  today I tried to enter into my dashboard but it looks like I cannot enter in anyone of my websites on WordPress. I don’t understand why, since I paid the annual bill.
  It’s written: “An error occurred while fetching your account recovery settings”.
  Can someone help me with that?

  Hmmm,

  That is odd. The account you are posting from the the owner of the site, so you shouldn’t have any issue accessing it.

  What is the exact URL where you are getting that message? What happens if you go directly to: https://francescamuratoredotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ ?
