Anchor links causing page to freeze and re -load

Placed anchor links in the icons at the top of the ‘shredding services’ and ‘FAQ’ pages of this site https://taclusconfidential.co.uk. Anchors work fine in the editor but on the live site the the links don’t drag to the correct part of the page and instead the page freezes and tries to re-load. If you refresh the page the links then seem to work. Have tried deleting the cache and removing all transition delays. Any advice on how to fix?
