Annual charge

  I just got charged for an annual charge but I no longer wish to use the website or service and would like a refund. I can’t find the billing information on the website to do this. What can I do to reverse the charge and remove my billing information?

  The account you’re using to post here was created right before you posted this thread, and neither owns any sites, nor upgrades with us.

  Please log into the WordPress.com account that you used to create your site and buy an upgrade, and you’ll be able to cancel the upgrades from the purchases page.

  If you’re unsure what site or account this is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
