  I no longer have a WordPress site but am being charged annual fee.
  I want refund for past 2 years.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The account you are logged in to doesn’t have any site.
  If those charges are made by wordpress.com, you can check them at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
  A refund for the past 2 years isn’t possible. All info regarding the refund policy, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
