annual renewal reinbursement

    you guys charged my old business partners card for another year but I didn’t want to renew it so they are going to reinburse the card it was taken from but I just got off the phone with her and she has since closed that account, so it won’t go through. What other options do I have to get the $299 back?

    I’ve checked your account and the Business plan for thewoodredeemer.com was refunded on the 27th August 2018. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
